Rowena is a non-executive director and strategic advisor with 25 years’ leadership experience in regulated, asset-intensive sectors including aviation, defence, rail and infrastructure. From military beginnings as an aeronautical engineer supporting Army helicopters, Rowena transitioned into infrastructure project delivery roles at Jacobs before holding senior corporate appointments on the leadership team of a $1Bn Boeing subsidiary where she led strategy implementation, business services and security. Her board appointments have included Deputy Chair and Audit & Risk Committee Chair. Rowena’s career has been shaped by complex environments and publicly accountable contexts where safety, performance, capital discipline and compliance are paramount.
